I want to lose weight fast
I know you’re wondering what I’m doing suddenly thinking about losing weight fast. Here’s the story: last week I visited a friend’s place where I had to climb once of those steep wheelchair ramps, and it did me in. By the time I got myself up to the top, I was sweating profusely, wheezing, my skin was hot, and I was in bad shape. I excused myself and went into the bathroom to splash some cold water in my face, and gazed up into the mirror, and then it hit me: I needed to lose weight fast.
In some ways, I actually feel like I’m turning into my dad. He was an enormously fat guy, with a warm sense of humor and a solid, pragmatic outlook on life. But man, he was big. And nowadays I’m becoming big as well. Now don’t get me wrong, I love my father, but I really really really would like to keep myself from reaching 350 pounds. Because once you get that far along, there’s really just no going back.
So I’ve been trying to figure out how to lose weight fast. My wife has agreed to do this with me, saying that she wants to lose some weight also, which will no doubt make it quite a bit easier to succeed on whichever diet program we decide on. There’s a huge amount of weight loss plans out there
I’ll keep you guys up to date on how well the plan to lose weight is turning out for us. I understand weight loss will not be easy, but it’s what has to happen as far as I’m concerned, so I’m really going to be working hard to understand how to lose weight fast.
